In 2026, we celebrate our sixth annual festival from May 1-3, at the Calvin Center for the Arts at 755 Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown, OH. Free & Family friendly. These supplies will help us put together arts & crafts that will promote our event, create decorations, and run our crafts events before and during the event. We appreciate donations of USED and new materials, and encourage donations of any usable bulk arts & craft supplies that are similar to those on our list. We're looking for large pieces of clean and relatively thin cardboard for use in decoration making. There are sheets between things stacked on pallets, those giant pieces are great!
We're looking for exterior housepaint for signmaking. We would love white and light shades, and will take darker colors too! Please make sure the paint is usable and well sealed!
We're in need of black permanent markers suitable for use on outdoor signs and banners. Wider tips are better but we're happy with any that work!
We would love a few clean cloth dropcloths for banner making. Any size is good, and bigger is better because we can cut them and make multiple from one sheet.
We can always use heavy duty adhesives for crafting, things like Liquid Nails LN604 Projects & Foamboard Adhesive, E6000, fabric glue, spray mount, and the like. Also happy to take Mod Podge, glue sticks and glue dots - don't really need Elmer's glue because it takes too long to dry for on site crafting!
After the holidays, consider donating some old wreaths to us! We prefer the real looking fake pine wreaths, which we use to make spring decorations!
We need flowers for deco! Save all the silk or other synthetic fabric flowers for us - even ugly ones are okay, we can spray paint them!
Any colors welcome - we will use it for signs, flowers, and general prop making
Are you upgrading your craft situation? We'll take any functional, easy to use glue gun and the glue sticks that match it.
We love it - we need it! Happy to get usable masking tape, duct tape, and painters tape for all our crafting and general purpose needs.
This fancy tool will help us make props and tear down boxes so quickly!
Happy to take any usable house paint brushes, including chip paint brushes.
Happy to take any usable art paintbrushes, would like to have enough to run craft events for 30 folks at a time. We would prefer higher quality brush with more bristles/hairs rather than the kinds that come in package sets, but we'll take what we can!
Happy to take your secondhand acrylic paints. We don't need fine art quality stuff in tubes, more like the craft style acrylics in plastic bottles (big and small!).
Ribbon is so expensive! We'd love to get clean secondhand/remnant ribbon that can be used in wreaths and handmade crafting projects.

Are you a wizard of prop design? We would LOVE for you to come share your skills and help us envision/build larger scale, durable indoor props for our three stages and for general deco. We have volunteers, enthusiasm, and (even more) supplies - we just need a little guidance on how to realize bigger dreams!
We love to have miscellaneous kids craft materials like pom-poms, googly eyes, glitter, pipe cleaners, sequins, beads, and buttons.
We would love to have a stock of color textile scraps (at least 8x11 ish size plz) for crafts and deco making.
We're making props! We'd love a few rolls or bigger scraps of chicken wire to make some bigger props!
We'd love some strings of battery operated LED lights to make our deco more lovely. Fairy lights preferred but we could find good spots for some LED strips too!
Have a stack of fun, colorful paper you don't need? We'll take it for crafts and merry making!
