Welcome to our registry! We are so excited to share our big day with you.
We have set up a SoKind registry because while we don't need things, there are other items we would be excited to receive from our talented family and friends. We would also be happy to use this as opportunity to donate to charity and make a difference in the world.
This website compiles our list of gift requests, but does not sell the gifts. If you would like to 'claim' a gift, be sure to click on the 'Give this gift' button so the gift will be claimed in your name, and so that we won't receive any duplicates. Then, you can follow our instructions on how or where to give the gift. Thank you!
Help us go green! To offset the electricity used for our wedding, we are planning to purchasing $125 of Renewable Energy Credits from Bullfrog Power. If you would like to chip in, let us know!
For our out-of-province guests: If you're interested in going above and beyond, consider purchasing carbon offsets equivalent to the emissions from your flight, and telling us about it!
This wedding is as much about Ethan as it about us - while Priscilla is gaining a husband, Ethan is gaining a Papa. Please don't spend money on new items, but if you have gently used secondhand toys or clothes that Ethan would enjoy, we would love those as a gift to our family.
Ethan is 4 years old, and will likely wear size 6 clothes when the big day arrives!
We have a love of theater (especially musicals!). Stratford is our go-to for weekend getaways because of the theater scene there. We would love tickets to a show in Stratford (Stratford Festival) or Toronto (Mirvish shows)!
With our busy schedules, finding time to prepare delicious, healthy home cooked meals is often a challenge. For the cooks that we know and love, we would be grateful if you would freeze some of your home cooked meals for us, for us to enjoy during those busy weeks.
With our busy schedules, we use Custom Maids Toronto periodically to keep our home clean. A gift card for their services would be greatly appreciated.
We love filling our weekends with family activities. Sending us on an experience that we can do as a family would be a lovely gift! Some of our favourites include the Science Centre, Centre Island/Centreville, the zoo, and the aquarium.
We are so fortunate to be able to live the lives we do, and we would like to pay it forward. Please use our wedding as an opportunity to make the world a better place - use the funds you would have spent on us, and instead donate it to your favourite charity and tell us about it. Our favourites include Plan Canada and Dixon Hall, but feel free to donate to a cause that's meaningful for you. Other worthy organizations include World Vision, Sick Kids Hospital, Sleeping Children Around the World, and Actua.
Historically Matthew has laughed at people who put waffle makers on their registry, so what we're asking for here is a not a waffle maker but rather an indoor grill with waffle plates. Very different, and cleverly multi-functional.
We already have one of these beautiful Ikea cabinets and use it for displaying some of the more precious items we've gathered over the years. But we're running out of space in our first cabinet, so we'd love another one!
